How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Submit a Request: Email recoil_fright_2n@icloud.com with:
- Your order number
- Item type (e.g., “Toddler Large Building Blocks (50pcs)”, “Math Early Education Machine”, “Birthday Theme Mystery Box”)
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “blocks have broken parts”, “wrong education machine type”, “mystery box arrived damaged”)
- Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., broken block, unresponsive machine button) to speed up review.

Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing defective or incorrect items). If approved:
- For standard items (Building Blocks, Early Education Machines): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns, calculated in USD).
- For Mystery Boxes: Only unopened boxes are eligible—we issue a full refund (in USD) or send a replacement box of the same theme once we receive the unopened item.

Ship the Item Back:
- Repack the item in its original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Building Block instruction manuals, Early Education Machine chargers, Mystery Box freebies).
- Include a copy of your order confirmation (with USD payment details).
- Ship to our Gravesend address (72 Old Road East, Gravesend, England, DA12 1PE) within 7 days of approval.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item (we verify condition, packaging, and defects). Refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete (note: currency conversion fees may apply, depending on your payment provider).
- Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., intact Building Blocks, correct Early Education Machine) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests (international U.S. shipments include tracking).
