Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
  • Stock shortages (for non-custom items—we’ll notify you and offer a full refund in USD).
  • Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices in USD due to website glitches—we’ll cancel and explain the issue).
  • Incomplete delivery information (e.g., missing apartment number for a U.S. address—we’ll contact you to confirm before canceling).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid USD payment details, duplicate orders with the same address).

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later—split into 3 interest-free installments for orders over $30 USD).
  • Payment Security: All USD payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways—your financial data is never stored on our servers.
  • Currency Conversion: If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank/card issuer will handle conversion (fees may apply—check with your provider for details).
  • Deposits: Customized items (e.g., personalized Building Block sets) require a 30% deposit in USD at order placement; the remaining 70% is due before shipping.

Product Descriptions

We strive for accurate details (ages, features, colors) and images, but minor variations may occur (these do not count as “misrepresentation” under UK/US law if trivial):
  • Color Differences: Building Block hues or Early Education Machine casing colors may vary slightly due to batch production.
  • Size Variances: Handmade wooden blocks may have a 0.1–0.2 inch size difference (normal for natural materials).
  • Mystery Box Contents: While we guarantee theme consistency, specific items may vary (e.g., a space puzzle vs. a space sticker set) to keep boxes unique—this does not qualify as a “defect”.
We resolve significant discrepancies (e.g., a “100-piece Building Block set” that only includes 50 pieces) via return/exchange at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) (in USD). We are not responsible for indirect damages, including:
  • Loss of use (e.g., a delayed Mystery Box missing a child’s birthday).
  • Injury from improper use (e.g., small Building Blocks given to a toddler—follow age guidelines).
  • Data loss (e.g., downloaded content on an Early Education Machine that malfunctions—we replace the machine but not stored data).

Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., new toy safety standards) or legal requirements (e.g., GDPR updates). Updated terms are posted on our website—your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. We notify you of major changes via email (if you opted in to communications).
