Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to two primary regions to ensure compliance with toy safety regulations (critical for kids’ products like Building Blocks and Early Education Machines) and reliable delivery:
  • United States: All 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories (e.g., Guam).
  • United Kingdom: Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and Isle of Man.
International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time—this helps us avoid delays from customs inspections (which can hold kids’ essentials like birthday Mystery Boxes) and ensures adherence to local safety standards (e.g., U.S. CPSIA for toys, UK EN 71 standards).

Key Timeline Notes:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • U.S. Mainland: 5–7 business days (delivered via USPS/UPS).
    • U.S. Remote (Alaska/Hawaii): 7–10 business days (due to extended transit routes).
    • UK Mainland: 3–5 business days (delivered via Royal Mail/DPD).
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only): 2–3 business days (priority handling, delivered via UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail)—not available for U.S. remote regions or the UK.
  • Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (e.g., U.S. Christmas, UK Black Friday) as carriers experience higher volume.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items (Building Blocks, Mystery Boxes): Processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays: U.S. Thanksgiving/Christmas, UK Bank Holidays).
  • Early Education Machines: May require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., testing connectivity, verifying included chargers) to ensure functionality.
  • Urgent Requests: If you need items for a birthday or special occasion (e.g., a Mystery Box for a party), email recoil_fright_2n@icloud.com with your order number and “Urgent Kids’ Gift” in the subject line—we’ll prioritize processing where possible (e.g., same-day processing for U.S. expedited orders).

Delivery Details

  • Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS Tracking, Royal Mail Track & Trace).
  • Packaging Safety:
    • Building Blocks: Wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage (especially wooden or small plastic pieces).
    • Early Education Machines: Packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with foam inserts to protect screens and buttons.
    • Mystery Boxes: Sealed with tamper-proof tape to ensure contents remain unopened until delivery.
  • Signature Confirmation: Required for orders over $100 USD (e.g., large Building Block sets + Early Education Machine) to prevent theft or misdelivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule delivery or pick up the package at a local facility.

Delivery Issues & Claims

  • Lost/Delayed Orders:
    1. First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification.
    2. If U.S. orders are delayed beyond 10 business days (standard) or 4 days (expedited), or UK orders beyond 7 business days, email us with your order number and tracking ID.
    3. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:
      • Send a replacement (for time-sensitive items like birthday Mystery Boxes) at no cost.
      • Issue a full refund (in USD) if a replacement isn’t feasible.
  • Damaged/Missing Items:
    1. Inspect packages immediately upon delivery—note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt if possible.
    2. For damaged items (e.g., cracked Building Blocks, non-functional Early Education Machines) or missing parts (e.g., Mystery Box items, Block instruction manuals), email us within 24 hours with:
      • Clear photos of the damage/packaging.
      • A list of missing items.
    3. We will send replacements for damaged/missing parts free of charge (no need to return the damaged item—we prioritize getting kids’ products to you quickly).
  • Incorrect Address: We are not liable for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers, wrong ZIP codes). Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement by emailing our support team.
